Julie Tran is a former Australian lawyer and experienced employee relations professional with over a decade of expertise across Fair Work compliance, employee relations, and legal technology. She holds a dual degree in Law and Business, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014.Julie began her career at the Fair Work Ombudsman and the Fair Work Commission, where she developed a strong foundation in workplace laws. Since then, she has advised a broad range of clients in union, corporate, and SME environments, and across a diverse range of industries and workplace settings.She has supported employers with complex and high-risk employment matters, including misconduct, termination, restructures, discrimination, unfair dismissal, adverse action, and industrial disputes. Template Licence (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all downloadable templates, documents, checklists, or tools provided by Compliant HR ("we", "us") to you, the end user ("you").1. Licence GrantYou are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your personal or internal business purposes only.2. RestrictionsYou may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share the template;
- Use the template as part of any product or service for sale;
- Modify and distribute the template in a way that competes with Compliant HR;
- Use the template for training AI systems without written permission.3. OwnershipAll intellectual property rights in the templates remain with Compliant HR. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.4. No Legal Advice
